The Bible is the inspired word of God. It is the complete revelation of His will for the salvation of men and the divine and final authority for all Christian believers. Scripture originated from God and was given through the instrumentality of chosen men. Scripture speaks with the authority of God and reflects the nature of the human authors. Scripture is the unique and final authority on all matters of faith and practice and there are no other writings inspired by God. The Holy Spirit guides believers in understanding and applying the scriptures.
